We want you to love your AOKAI pieces.

If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with the hygienic liner intact

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Gift cards are also final sale.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your item isn't the right fit, we are happy to assist with an exchange based on product availability.

If an exchange is not available, eligible returns will be issued as store credit.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future AOKAI purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, eligible items may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
