Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AOKAI.

As a small business based on the North Shore of Oʻahu, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order.
Below you'll find information about processing times, shipping methods, and international deliveries.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

During new collection launches, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped from Hawaii via USPS and other carrier partners.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Most domestic orders arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and may be collected upon delivery.

International delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs processing.

Signature Confirmation

To help ensure your order arrives safely, all domestic orders are shipped with signature confirmation.

An adult signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, please contact us at support@aokaiswim.com as soon as your order is placed.

Please note that AOKAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the signature requirement has been removed at the customer's request.

Signature confirmation is not available for international shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AOKAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears delayed or you are experiencing a delivery issue, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
